4.6 Funds Security. miga88 maintains player funds in accounts that are kept separate from operational funds. However, in the event of insolvency, applicable laws governing the jurisdiction of licensing will determine the priority of claims on segregated funds.

5.3 Modification & Withdrawal of Promotions. miga88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions are offered at miga88's sole discretion and the availability of a promotion on one occasion creates no obligation to offer it on any subsequent occasion.
6.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game, sport, and betting market available through miga88 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game or betting interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that specific product.
6.2 Bet Acceptance. miga88 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager placed on the Platform at its sole discretion. This includes, without limitation, wagers placed after an event has commenced, wagers placed in error, or wagers on markets that were incorrectly priced.
6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or wager, miga88 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the stake to the Member's account. miga88 is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the miga88 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:
miga88 reserves the right to immediately suspend and close any account found to have engaged in any prohibited activity, to void all associated wagers, to forfeit all account balances including bonuses and pending withdrawals, and to pursue all available legal remedies.
8.1 Platform Content. 9.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. miga88 makes no warranties — express or implied — regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
10.1 Age Verification. miga88 is committed to preventing underage gambling. All accounts are subject to identity verification, and the Platform is open exclusively to individuals aged 21 and above. Members who become aware that a minor has accessed the Platform using their credentials must notify miga88 immediately.
10.2 Self-Exclusion. Members may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting miga88 support. Once a self-exclusion is applied, it cannot be reversed during the designated exclusion period. miga88 will make reasonable efforts to enforce self-exclusion, but cannot guarantee prevention of access through all channels.
10.3 Deposit Limits. Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Requests to increase an existing deposit limit are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Requests to decrease a limit take effect immediately.
